Forget about your reputation and find out how hard you can fall
I’m often surprised by companies that, time and again, act as if their reputation doesn’t matter. These are often organizations with a strong…
The National Heat Fund recently underwent a transition, and naturally, that called for a new look. In addition, the website was in urgent need of a modern update. IVRM Reputation was asked to help.
Develop a new website and corporate identity that supports the National Heat Fund’s goal of facilitating more than 220,000 energy-saving measures in 90,000 homes and buildings by the end of 2023. The look and design must align seamlessly with the reputation and brand strategy developed by IVRM Reputatie.
The National Heat Fund now has a website that embodies the philosophy of “never more than strictly necessary.” In other words, visitors will find clear information that gets straight to the heart of a topic or service. For added convenience, the benefits are presented in bullet points or blocks. There is also always the option to click directly through to the application form. This way, visitors are effortlessly guided through the funnel.
Maartje Brans, Director of the National Heat Fund“I look back very positively on the process we went through with IVRM and am very proud of the end result. The new brand identity and website highlight the Warmtefonds’s professionalism and have a look and feel that suits the fund.”
The National Heat Fund has recently undergone a transition. It has evolved from an energy-saving fund into a national fund to make the future sustainable transition in the Netherlands affordable for everyone. That is why IVRM Reputation first developed a brand and positioning strategy aligned with this transition. We then drafted a request for proposal (RFP) with a vision based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) for the interactive design.
The request for proposals was sent to four agencies, each specializing in website development. IVRM managed the pitch using a ten-point “balanced scorecard.” Based on the results, we recommended that the National Heat Fund partner with Bikkelhart on this project. Project management was subsequently assigned to IVRM Reputation and Polestar Capital, the party responsible for the back office.
The National Heat Fund offers responsible and affordable financing for making homes and buildings more sustainable for owner-occupiers, homeowners’ associations (VvE), and schools. The Heat Fund was established in 2013 (then as the National Energy Saving Fund) and operates on behalf of the national government.
