Code of Conduct
At IVRM, we take our work very seriously, as it often has a significant impact. That is why we place great importance on our own code of conduct.
IVRM CODE OF CONDUCT
- Our consultants carry out their work with the utmost care. You can count on our objective and critical approach, in which we always consider your interests within a broader context.
- We do not accept assignments that are contrary to our own ethical and moral convictions or that conflict with IVRM’s values.
- We respect the ethical codes of others with whom we come into contact through our work. We adhere to these codes to the extent that they do not conflict with our own code of conduct.
- We undertake to maintain the confidentiality of all information that comes to our attention in the course of our work and that is of a confidential nature, or which we can reasonably be expected to recognize as confidential.
- We always verify the accuracy of the information you provide to us for the purpose of carrying out the assignment.
- We do not pursue any self-interest that could compromise the substantive quality and objectivity of our advice and operational activities. If such interests exist, we will decline the assignment.
- In our dealings with the press, we carefully take into account the interests of journalists and ensure the factual accuracy, objectivity, and relevance of the information we provide.
- We do not accept gifts, donations, or fees for services rendered in any form, other than the compensation for the work we have specifically performed for you.
- In carrying out our work, we always comply with the generally applicable legal provisions.
- We act in the public interest and take our surroundings into account in the course of our work.
