Lotte has a broad interest in culture, society, and the dynamics behind social structures. She closely follows current events and draws energy from translating social developments into effective communication strategies. With her analytical eye and sharp writing style, she knows how to make complex topics accessible and relevant.

Experience

Lotte holds a Master’s degree in Sociology with a focus on politics and policy, supplemented by an associate’s degree in Communication. At IVRM, she applies her knowledge to link strategic communication with social issues. During her studies, she gained valuable research experience, including a study at Tilburg University on the reproduction of inequality in Dutch classrooms. This combination of analytical insight and communication skills makes her a strong partner in the field.

As the only person from Brabant in the office, Lotte brings a touch of that warm, lively Brabant spirit. Although she now lives in Amsterdam, she spends Carnival in the south. When Lotte isn’t working, you can find her on a patio, in a fitness class, or in the kitchen.
